Shipping Fees

To ensure that all shipping costs are clearly communicated to customers, shipping and delivery fees are as follows:

Free delivery for orders with a total value of SAR 500 or more.
SAR 25 shipping fee for orders with a total value of less than SAR 500.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed to the customer before completing the payment. The expected delivery time and order details will also be provided as part of the order confirmation and invoice.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer before completing the purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's city, delivery location, and the selected shipping provider.

If any expected delay or circumstances may significantly affect the delivery of an order, the customer will be notified in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed delivery date, the customer's rights shall apply in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, including the right to cancel the order and receive a refund where applicable under the law.

Delivery Coverage

Orders are currently delivered to available addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the shipping companies approved by the store.

Delivery availability and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the geographical coverage of the selected shipping provider.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the available tracking information to follow the shipment until delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary. They do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with the customer.
